Build A Powerful Database

The more you know about your patient, the better.

A mailing list is simply a list of names and addresses. It’s not a powerful database.

A database includes birth dates, anniversaries, names of family members, hobbies and any other information you or your CA can collect. Not only personal information – but patient history as well. How long have they been patients?
When did they last see you?

Can your computerized database system ‘spit-out’ “we miss you” reminder cards to patients who have lapsed in their visits? How about birthday cards at the appropriate date?

Think of how few businesses and professionals stay in touch with you. And it all starts with a well-put-together database. Start collecting valuable information today. New patient applications.
